very nice, helpful staff, additional service (bicycles, towels for a beach), good food, easy free parking, really italian atmosphere - you can feel like at home, excellent coffee :)
not speaking english, but communication possible through Google translator - finaly no problem at all

The owner was very nice, recommended us a very good place to eat at 100 m walk Da Giorgio restaurant, the hotel is in a very quite area.
The room is very small, the breakfast is almost minimal, there is no possibility to wash and iron clothes. Wifi is very week, although declared. No Russian channels on TV. It was ok fir us for one night only, bit I could hardly stay for more. Maybe a good option for kids with grannies or nannies as it is quite, close to the see and has a family atmosphere.

Breakfast is very good. The managers are nice and friendly. It's near the beach but the surroundings are not noisy. Familiar feeling. We got a very good price on booking.
At the beginning the room was not very clean but they solved the issue quickly. There is no lift to go to the upper floors and the structure is kind of a bit old and some detail are a bit "cheap".
